Store Policies

1. Returns will not be accepted after 21 days.
2. 50% deposit is required on all robe orders. Deposit is due at the time of initial order. Down payment will be retained to help defray additional handling and selling expense ( non-refundable).
3. Changes to orders and/or cancellation of orders will not be accepted after 14 days from the date the order is finalized for orders under $ 2,000. For orders of $2,000 and above, changes and /or cancellations will not be accepted after 7 days from the date the order is finalized.
4. Full payment must be received by Peach Boutique 2 days before the robes are Shipped For orders under $2,000. For orders of $2,000 and above, full payment must be received on the date of the final order.
5. Shipping and handling charges on all robe orders is $25.00 per robe, (price varies for multiple robes).
6. There is a $25.00 fee on all C.O.D. orders.
7. Undeliverable C.O.D. orders will not be re-sent C.O.D. Customer agrees to pay for the order in full 2 days before it is reshipped.
8. There is a $55.00 fee on all next day shipping orders, (price varies for multiple robes).
9. Orders held longer than 90 days from the date of completion will be considered abandoned and may be resold, altered and/or destroyed at the seller’s option.
10. Repeat orders may vary in color shade. Peach Boutique will make every reasonable attempt to match colors, however, it cannot guarantee identical color matching.
11. Peach Boutique shall not be held liable for robes damaged while outside of its immediate sphere of control.
12. Customer agrees to notify Peach Boutique within 5 business days, if robes are received in an unsatisfactory condition due to shipping problems.
13. Peach Boutique agrees to remake or correct any robe made incorrectly at no charge to the customer excluding special designs.
14. Customer agrees to make the final payment on the order by cash, money order, credit card or cashier’s check. No other check instrument will be accepted!
15. The purchase sample cannot be exchanged, if it has been altered.
16. Original designs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
17. The parties agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
18. This agreement constitutes the agreement of the parties. No other writing or oral statements may change this document without a signed statement from both parties. Go Back
